Governance

Business Planning

Revenue Optimisation
Revenue optimization refers to maximisation of revenue using the available resources. Involves managing the business activities in such a way that high yielding activities take priority over the low yielding ones. Analysis of Revenue and Cost based on Revenue KPIs, Cost Revenue Ratio (CRR), Channel costing etc will help identifying products that optimize overall revenue of the organization. Monitoring critical cost components and ensuring none of them exceed the target Cost Revenue Ratios (CRR), identifying those which are not justifiable in terms of the benefits they bring in are key steps to be carried out as part of the cost review.
